Each piece carries the name of the person who wrote it, along with a short line on their background. Most have worked directly with animals, in shelters, clinics or the field.
How is this site funded?
We run a small amount of clearly marked advertising and accept reader support. No article is written or changed because of a payment.
Can I suggest a topic?
Yes. There is a form on the contact page for exactly that, and we read every submission before deciding what to cover next.
What happens if an article gets something wrong?
We add a dated note explaining the change, right on the article itself. We do not quietly edit mistakes away.
